Now I will explain how to make design a logo with Adobe Photoshop
Finaly like this.
1.open your Adobe Photoshop
Klik File > New
Width : 115
Height : 115
2.Create a new Layer.(shift+crtl+N)
3.Use Eliptical Marquee Tool (M)
4. Create A circle like this
5.Use Paint Bucket Tool (G) to change a color of circle.
You can choose a color do you want.
6. And then Goto Layer > Layer Style > Blending Option and Check gradien overlay
Change a color do you want.
7. And Then,You can Insert a text Logo
Example : TD (tutorial design).
8.Change A glossy :Duplicate A circle layer,
Right klik circle layer and duplicate layer.
9 .Right Click in duplicate layer and choose clear layer style.
10. move layer copy to Top layer.
11.Cut a Layer0 Copy with Polygonal Lasso Tool
12.klik delete to remove.and ctrl+d to remove selected.
13.select paint bucket tool to change color to White.
14. Add a mask.
15.Use a gradien tool 
To make a gradien.Use black and white colors.
